Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed will oversee the implementation of this major transformational project, aiming to replace the current government with a faster, more responsive, and more impactful model.
“The world is changing. Technology is accelerating. Our principle remains constant. People come first,” Al Maktoum concluded.
The UAE has been open to the inclusion of AI in its government structure. In April 2025, Al Maktoum himself launched the Emirates’ AI-based legislative system, which uses AI agents to develop laws, monitor their effects using data analysis, and propose legislative amendments based on its observations.
