SpaceX is preparing to expand its Starlink business into new markets, including a potential Starlink-branded phone, direct-to-device internet, and a space-tracking service as the aerospace company moves toward a potential IPO this year.

The company generated an estimated $15 billion to $16 billion in revenue, with Starlink contributing between 50% and 80% of that total, according to Reuters.

Starlink operates a constellation of low Earth orbit satellites providing broadband access worldwide, with a focus on remote and rural areas.

Future plans, including AI-powered mobile devices and orbital data centers, will rely on Starship rockets to launch upgraded satellites, while the new Stargaze system will provide space-tracking services for low-Earth orbit.
